Permission is granted to download resource materials on Karmakaze Designs's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose unless purchased from provider;
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any information, coding, and resources contained on Karmakaze Designs's web site;
  • Remove any copyright, watermarks, logos, or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

Service and Sales

Karmakaze Designs provides to the customer the purchased graphical material (layouts, banners, code snippets, etc) in the .ZIP format with use description and comments included. Possible file formats include .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .PHP, .HTML, .HTM, .ASP, .TXT, .RTF, .PSD. It is the responsibility of the customer to consult with his or her publisher to ensure all file formats are compatible. The customer must be able to upload all files to his or her server remotely and successfully edit or revise static content.

All services provided by Karmakaze Designs may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Karmakaze Designs from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Karmakaze Designs' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Payment Policy

Upon the acceptance of any project order, a price quote total will be distributed. Only when the customer agrees to quote will the customer be invoiced for the initial 50% of the total. All payments are to transact through the services of PayPal. The remaining 50% of the total must be paid before the completed project is presented to the client.

Any payment towards the project is strictly non-refundable unless communication break-down causes for a faulty turn-out of the project on the discretion of the provider or if the provider fails to deliver sample work within the elected time frame. "Unsatisfactory work" will not be a valid argument towards refunds as thoroughly tested samples will be provided to ensure the utmost satisfaction towards the client's demands. If at any time, there are faults or discrepancies in final project, revision will occur within 30 days of the final payment.

Cancellation

The customer may choose to cancel the progression of a project at any time at any stage of the development process. Though cancellation may be due to the level of satisfaction in a project, all sales are final and nonrefundable. To avoid cancellation per unsatisfaction, thorough task lists, descriptions, examples, etc, should be given to the provider at the beginning of the project. Karmakaze Designs is not liable for the customer's judgement on the provider's style, standard, and/or work ethic and the customer will be solely responsible for the final decision to request a project from said provider.

Alteration Requests

Samples of project progression will be sent to the client at all stages of development to ensure satisfaction. Depending on project quote, negotiations, and agreements, there may be an unlimited amount of alterations to be made to the project during the development process. However, alterations can only be made on the preconceived order and the request for a new order will require additional payment.

No alterations will be granted to any project after acceptance of the final project and the distribution of the final payment without the installment of additional payment to the provider; an additional invoice will be distributed and alterations will not occur until payment is received.

Redistribution

Credits towards purchased projects will be provided with the final delivery but are not required to remain; clients have the right to remove all credits from the purchased project. However, the provider remains the sole producer of the project and the customer may not claim the work as their own or redistribute per monetary benefits or otherwise. Unless otherwise requested, all projects will be presented in the provider's professional portfolio.

After-Sales Service

The provider will grant additional assistance related to the final project within 30 days of the final payment. Assistance includes installation guides, content adjustment, use explaination, etc, related to coding, styles, and content revision. Assistance does not include alterations or changes to the static and physical content of the project. Client has the right to request assistance at any time during the 30 day period. Response for assistance requests is not guarenteed after the 30 days has expired.

Provider Rights

The provider has a right to design or develop any project per their own style and format not specified in project description. Should unsatisfaction arise, the client may request to alter styles related to the client's specific demands, however, the provider reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at their sole discretion within valid reason. Should the provider cancel service through a fault of their own and not related to the client's demands, a full refund is guaranteed.
